How do I know if this is covered by my insurance?

There are 2 insurances are accepted at this practice: Lyra Health and EMI. Many patients utilize self-pay or out of network benefits. Statements for reimbursement are available. Contact your insurance provider about out of network reimbursement.

What if my needs aren’t listed under your Services?

I’m always glad to provide referrals to other resources, therapists or services if I am unable to help. Please contact me for further assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?

The appointment hour is held for you specifically. I charge the full agreed upon rate for late cancellations with <24 hour notice, because with short notice, it’s difficult to fill that hour.

 

What are your rates, and how can I find out more?

Please contact me for information on my current rates. I return emails within 48 hours, often sooner.

What can I expect from therapy?

Therapy looks different for everyone. We’ll check in often about how you’re feeling about your progress. Most clients are seen bi-monthly for 6-12 months. Some need longer or more intensive treatment while others need less. My approach is warm, flexible and client directed.
