Professionally
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. I've been a practicing therapist for 14 years and employed in the field of Social Work for 16. I have experience working for the State of Utah, crisis work for jails, hospitals, community mental health centers and group practices. I’ve been in private practice for 7 years and now specialize in working with the “worried well” — that is — everyday problems such as life transitions (divorce, faith, children, etc). I also enjoy work with adults with mood disorders, relationship difficulties, life coaching, self-love and trauma. My approach is holistic, warm and human. My practice is sex & body positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am friendly to kink, polyamorous and ENM communities. The entirety of you is welcome here. I deeply value the connection and relationship between client and therapist.

Personally
In 2018 I created an ongoing support group for female identified therapists. I embody the normalcy of pursuing therapy and have personally worked though infertility, IFV, adoption, 2nd trimester pregnancy loss, chronic migraines and overcome faith transitions. I’m on a personal mission demystify and de-stigmatize mental health treatment.
I’m fascinated by psychedelic science in mental health. I’m an avid coffee drinker and have tremendous fondness for dogs — we have 2 rescues. I’m a mother of the one spirited kiddo who I adore. Stand up comedy is among my favorite things! I believe music and laughter are true medicines and that positive support systems are the foundations of wellness. We all stand on each other’s shoulders.
